City of Dreams Mediterranean’s Pan-Asian restaurant, Amber Dragon, has been named as “One to Watch” by the Athinorama Golden Chef Caps Awards Cyprus 2023.
In a glamorous ceremony held on Wednesday, 22 November, Amber Dragon earned a spot on the list of Cyprus’ best restaurants, only a few months after opening its doors to the public.
The distinction, which was introduced in 2022, aims to highlight new restaurants that offer innovative culinary proposals, but are yet to be eligible for the Golden Cap Award while being in operation for less than a year.
Drawing inspiration from the MICHELIN-starred Amber Dragon family of restaurants at City of Dreams Macau, it offers a special gastronomic experience with dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven, that combine Chinese and Japanese elements.
At Amber Dragon’s open-view sushi bar, visitors can watch as chefs prepare refined Japanese dishes such as seasonal sashimi delicacies with fresh wasabi. The restaurant’s dim sum menu draws from traditional recipes, transformed with the latest trends and cooking techniques, to create an unrivalled culinary experience.
