Winds will initially be variable, force 3 on the Beaufort scale, becoming south-westerly to north-westerly, moderate to fresh, force 3 to 4, and locally force 4 to 5.
The sea will be smooth to slight.
Temperatures will rise to around 25 degrees Celsius inland, 23 degrees in coastal regions, and 17 degrees in the higher mountains.
A gradual slight temperature increase is expected until Sunday.
