According to Kibris Postasi, an ambulance collided with a donkey on the Karpaz-Yialousa main road in the occupied north.
The incident happened around 9:45 pm on Saturday as the ambulance, transporting a patient towards Yialousa, encountered a group of wild donkeys.
Donkeys remain under protection in the area and are allowed to roam freely in the Karpas peninsula.
Fortunately, neither the driver nor the patient sustained any injuries.
However, the ambulance suffered significant damage, and the donkey fled the scene after the collision.
