The air connection between Cyprus and Jordan, as well as Lebanon, has been restored following the attack with dozens of unmanned aerial vehicles and missiles launched by Iran against Israel in the early hours of Sunday, 14th April.

According to information from Hermes Airports, the air connection between Cyprus and Jordan, as well as Lebanon, has been restored after their airspace reopened.

It had temporarily closed on Saturday night due to developments in the Middle East.

Flights to Amman and Beirut from and to Larnaca Airport are operating as usual.

Moreover, the three Israeli airlines that operate flights to Israel, namely El-Al, Arkia, and Isr Air, continue their regular flight schedules between Larnaca and Tel Aviv.

Other airlines operating flights to Tel Aviv have cancelled their flights for today; however, they adapt their schedules daily depending on developments.

Meanwhile, in a statement, Cyprus Airways airline reports that “due to the current situation, all flights scheduled to depart to and from Beirut from today, Monday 15th April, are suspended.”

According to the airline, an announcement is expected to be issued later today regarding the flight scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday 16th April, to and from Tel Aviv.
