In the coming days, the President of the Republic will hold a meeting with the stakeholders on the issue of halloumi, stated the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Environment, Maria Panayiotou, following her meeting with the European Commissioner for Environment, Oceans, and Fisheries, Virginijus Sinkevičius, on Monday morning at the Ministry of Agriculture.
When asked if the meeting with the President of the Republic will take place with cattle breeders and other involved parties regarding the halloumi issue, the Minister of Agriculture responded affirmatively, noting that it will be held in the coming days, as announced according to a report by the Cyprus News Agency.
