Ingredients
4 Greek pittas
For the burger:
400 g minced pork
400 g minced beef
1 tablespoon of onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon of parsley chopped2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika½ teaspoon oregano
½ cup feta
salt and pepper
1 egg
3-4 tablespoons of yoghurt
3-5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
For the tirokafteri:
1 small green, hot pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 feta slice
4 tablespoons of yoghurt
salt and pepper
Method
Step 1:
Start from the burgers. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs.
Step 2:
Mix the ingredients well and add spoonfuls of breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes soft.
Step 3:
Divide the mix at 4 and start shaping the burgers.
Step 4:
Heat a non-stick striped pan or a regular pan and bake each side of the burgers for 3 ‘and spread them on a baking pan.
Step 5:
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10 ‘.
Step 6 (for the tirokafteri):
Put the pepper, the olive oil in a blender and mix.
Step 7:
Then add the feta and the yoghurt. Mix them well until all the ingredients become one. Correct the taste with salt and pepper.
