The case of an appeal filed before the Supreme Court by a mother of a five-year-old boy which according to the First Instance Family Court verdict has to return to his American father in the USA, will begin today.
As of 16 February the Supreme Court had decided to suspend the first instance court’s verdict at least until the beginning of the appeal’s trial.
On 10 February, the Supreme Court had decided to cancel the verdict of the Family Court for immediate return of the boy to his father.
