Local consumption and exports of locally produced beer rose in July, according to figures released by the Statistical Service on Tuesday.
It said that consumption and exports totalled 5,361,323 litres in July compared to 5,195,758 litres in June and 5,042,311 in July last year.
This represents a 3% rise over June and a 6.3% increase over July 2017.
Most of the locally produced beer in July was consumed in Cyprus 5,135,439 litres while 25,884 litres were exported.
