Street Life Festival returns on April 27

The Street Life Festival is coming back to Limassol on April 27, 2024, bringing all the street vibes, artsy antics, and cultural awesomeness you can handle!

Organized with love for the past 17 years by The Copy Shop and Project2C, in collaboration with Limassol Municipality, this event has become the largest annual festival in the streets of the old city, drawing thousands of visitors each year.

Picture this: the historic Saripolou and Athinon streets in Limassol’s old town transforming into a bustling canvas for over 20 street artists to work their magic. A week before the festival, they will begin their work, and you can pass by to watch the process and speak with the artists. They will unveil their works on the festival day.

Skateboarders, BMX daredevils, and breakdancers will turn the old town into their personal playground. We’re talking streets closed for cars, with street basketball showdowns, breakdance battles, and a skate park.

Dive into the Artists’ Market & Workshops, where over 50 local creators are set to impress you with handmade goodies, artsy jewelry, crafts, and art. You can even get your hands dirty and learn new skills at the workshops.

Hip-hop and RnB tunes will be pumping through the streets, adding that extra oomph to an already lit day!

Oh, and did we mention it’s all for a good cause? Yep, every penny earned goes straight to Theotokos Foundation. Art with a heart!

“We’re here to bring some funky, fresh vibes to Limassol, inspiring creativity and building connections. Street Life Festival isn’t just an event; it’s a vibe, a movement, a whole mood. Get ready for a day of colors, beats, and memories that’ll stick around longer than last night’s pizza!” says Yiotis Kyriacou, the man behind The Copy Shop.

Pro tip: Approach the city center from the seafront road and park up by the old port or promenade. And hey, why not roll in on your bike, skates, or rollerblades? Let’s keep it street, people! Limassol’s waiting, and it’s gonna be epic!
