The watermill of Stylli (the name of its owner) stopped operating in 2004 after serving people’s needs for many years. Pulses and cereal were grinded in the mill to make flour. Because of its historical importance, the community of Evrychou and the Ministry of Civilization decided to restore it. Today it is a tourist attraction.
