Members of the Limassol Police saw a car that had been reported stolen moving along Griva Digeni Avenue. The policemen signaled to the driver to stop but he accelerated and driving dangerously attempted to escape.
The policemen followed the car, which they managed to stop at the crossing of 28th October and Iacovou Tombazi.
In the car were two men, aged 26 and 23, and a 22-year-old woman.
Following a search of the vehicle, various tools used for burglaries were found as well as the keys of another car about which they did not provide any satisfactory explanation.
All three have been arrested and investigations continue.
