A woman from Russia was yesterday arrested at Paphos Airport since an international arrest warrant was pending against her.
It is a 29-year-old woman who arrived from Russia and there is an arrest warrant from the United States against her for offenses, related to money laundering and fraud that took place in 2017 in the United States.
The judicial procedure for the extradition of the woman to the US is expected to begin today.
