Police: Limassol-Paphos highway dangerous because of heavy rain

Police are warning drivers that the Limassol-Paphos highway is dangerous because of heavy rain, strong winds and the accumulation of water.

They are urging drivers to be particularly careful, to drive slowly, keep a safe distance from other cars and switch on their headlights.

Police have also warned that there are mudslides on the Kelokedara-Ayios Nicolaos road because of the rain while heavy hail and thick fog in the Panayia area are hampering visibility.
