Police are investigating a case of attempted kidnapping of a minor at Dasouplis area in Nicosia on Friday afternoon.
The minor was walking at a public area, around 4pm, when unidentified persons, wearing hoods and riding scooters, attempted to grab her.
Fearful, the minor ran to a primary school which was in operation at the time to find shelter.
The incident was immediately reported to police who have launched investigations.
