The deadline for companies affected by the coronavirus pandemic to be eligible to submit applications to join a new scheme for the regulation of overdue tax debt through installments is April 29, 2022.
This is what Philenews reported on Monday, adding that the new scheme covers the period between 1/1/2016 and 31/12/2019. And that participation interest can be submitted through ‘Ariadne’ state web portal.
Eligible for participation are companies which are in the VAT Register and report a decrease in turnover of at least 25% for the year 2020 compared to the year 2019.
Companies exempted from the obligation to be in the VAT Register, such as approved private tutoring, conservatories/music schools and dance schools, but which do show a decrease in turnover of at least 25% for the year 2020 compared to the year 2019, may also participate.
