Part of the Ayia Napa-Rizoelia highway, near Pyla village, has been closed to traffic due to a motor accident, police said on Tuesday morning. Traffic was diverted to the left lane.
Police also called on drivers to be extremely careful and go very slow since heavy rain makes visibility difficult. They should also have their vehicle lights on all the time.
