Paphos police say they are very close to solving at least five burglaries in the district after the arrest last night of a 19 year old Paphos resident in connection with the cases under investigation.
It is the fourth arrest for the same offences.
Three others – aged 31, 22 and 21 — were remanded in custody for five days yesterday as suspects in the five burglaries committed between March 28 and April 16 at various shops.
Investigations continue.
