Only one citizen was fined from all districts of Cyprus, over the past 24 hours for not wearing the protective mask, after the return of the measure against Covid-19, for the obligatory use of masks in internal and closed areas, as of 8 July, approved by the Council of Ministers, following a relevant proposal by the Health Ministry.
The Police carried out 303 checks all over Cyprus to see whether the measure had been respected and during these checks one person was fined in the district of Paphos.
