Mainly fine weather on Tuesday with yet another yellow alert for extremely high temperatures issued – in effect from 1pm to 5pm.
Temperatures are expected to rise to 40°C inland, according to the Meteorological Services.
Temperatures in all of the island’s coasts will rise to 33°C.
Increased cloud in the afternoon that will develop locally and in the mountains may bring some rain.
Winds will be light to moderate, south-westerly to north-westerly, four to five Beaufort, over slight to moderate seas.
