A 30 year old stopped for a traffic offence in Nicosia early on Sunday morning was arrested on the basis of a pending arrest warrant for burglary.
Police stopped the the man at 2.40 am and was issued a fine for a traffic offence when police determined that he had an arrest warrant pending against him.
During a search of his home and car, police found a number of mobile phones, two tablets, sim cards, two clubs and a knife.
