Paphos police arrested a 30 year old Greek Cypriot as it investigates a case of grievous bodily harm.
The incident occurred in the Mesogi area last night.
Police said that it had received a complaint from another Greek Cypriot that as he was driving, his car hit the dog of the 30 year old. The latter reacted by throwing a stone at the car, shattering the windscreen and hurting his hand.
The man was taken to Paphos accident and emergency unit were he was given first aid and discharged. The dog sustained light injuries.
