The second remand order for two young Lithuanian men arrested for the brutal murder in Limassol last month of a 36-year-old woman from Belarus expires on Tuesday.
A police source told Philenews on Monday they will be sent directly to Assize Court for a trial.
The main suspect is Aistis Mikalauskas, 29, and the second is aged 24 and has not been named.
The motive behind the murder of Iryna Hurskaya, a mother of three and a divorcee, appears to be robbery.
Insiders said the main suspect, who admitted that he has a gambling addiction, was on friendly terms with the victim and he frequently visited her house.
