The Larnaca Assizes today accused Former Bishop of Kition Chrysostomos of indecent assault against a minor but the cleric did not accept the accusation.
The Bishop’s lawyer retained his right to raise an issue of abusing the process since a very long time had passed from the date the alleged crime occurred and as a result it is not possible to have a fair trial.
