Many birds, including flamingos, have been living in the Paralimni lake area, led there by the extended rainfall last week.
The birds are highlighting the beauty and importance of the lake as a wetland, the Environment Department said.
Members of the public wishing to visit the area are urged to be careful so as not to disturb the birds.
