Municipalities of the free Famagusta district are organising free first-aid seminars for third country nationals under the project “Integration Programmes by Local Authorities ‘Cultural Mosaic’.”
Seminars will be held on 13, 20 and 27 January, 08:30 am – 2:30 pm, at the Cultural Centre of Holy Diocese Metropolis Konstantias-Ammochostou, Filikis Etaireias 13 in Paralimni.
There will be buses available to transfer the participants, the press release says.
Participants must carry their residence permit with them and at the end of the seminar they will receive a first-aid kit.
“The purpose of the seminars is to make the participants able to provide effective assistance to any emergency with safety until the emergency services or other fully-qualified first-aid personnel take over,” a Cultural Mosaic press release said.

The seminars are organised in cooperation with the Cyprus Red Cross Society and are co-funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the Republic of Cyprus.
