Paphos police arrested a 23 year old man on Monday after finding that he was driving under the influence of drugs and for a number of other traffic offences.
On Monday night, traffic police in Paphos stopped the man for a narcotest in which he tested positive.
Checks later showed that the car had been declared as immobilised and that it did not have an MOT certificate and insurance.
The driver was arrested and taken to Paphos CID and the car was seized.
