Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades expressed on Wednesday his thanks to nurses for “keeping compassion alive”, in a tweet marking International Nurses Day.
“Today we honour the International Nurses Day. We honour nurses who from the frontline offer care, comfort and support patients standing by them. Thank you for saving lives, thank you for keeping compassion alive #IND2021,” President Anastasiades wrote on Twitter.
