Sergiy Illarionov, Coordinator of the Office of the Special Adviser to the Secretary-General (OSASG) on Cyprus today received 1,200 face masks from the Ambassador of China, Huang Xinyuan.
The masks were donated by the Chinese Embassy in Nicosia to be used as protective equipment by the bi-communal technical committees.
Illarionov thanked the Embassy for its generous support on behalf of the bi-communal technical committees.
And in a message on Twitter, China’s ambassador said the masks were a special donation from the embassy’s own stock to the committees for their better protection at work.
