Bakeries and patisseries will be closed on Easter Sunday, following an amendment to yesterday’s decree issued by Minister of Health Constantinos Ioannou.
Yesterday’s decree had exempted bakeries and patisseries from having to close on Easter Sunday (April 19).
This has now been amended. They can however be open on Easter Monday (April 20).
Under the decree only kiosks and catering establishments which can offer only delivery or pick up service can remain open on Easter Sunday.
