Police have arrested a 54 year old woman as it investigates a complaint by a 65 year old woman that she had been held against her will for several months, the Cyprus News Agency has reported.
It said that the 65 year old had complained to police that she had visited the house of the suspect in the Larnaca district in October, 2018 to help her with her computer but was held there against her will until March 26
Police obtained an arrest warrant and arrest the woman in connection with a case of kidnap, causing grievous bodily harm, assault, making threats and theft.
Larnaca CID are investigating.
