A 37 year old man has died after a road collision on the Avgorou-Liopetri road on Tuesday night
The victim was named by police as Matheos Pishiaras.
The accident occurred around 8.30 pm when under conditions which are being investigated the 37 year old lost control of his carĀ and it went off the road, overturning in a field.
He was found by a relative around 11 pm and taken to hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
Famagusta police spokesman Andreas Constantinou said police investigations show that the victim was not wearing a seat belt.
