According to the newspaper Yeniduzen three more Cornonavirus cases were confirmed on Friday, bringing the total to five in the Turkish-occupied areas.

Two are German tourists from the same group of 30 Germans that arrived in the north on Sunday that comprised a 65-year-old and his wife who were confirmed with Coronavirus this week, and one is a Turkish Cypriot that returned from the UK nine days ago.

The three cases had reportedly been in quarantine in occupied Nicosia until they were found positive to the virus on Friday.

The new incidents raise the total in the occupied areas to five — four Germans and one Turkish-Cypriot.
