Second tower set to rise in Ayia Napa Marina

Relevant News

Within the next two years, the construction of the second tower in Ayia Napa Marina is expected to commence, with an estimated cost exceeding €80 million.

According to information from Ayia Napa Marina, there are considerations for mixed-use of the tower, which will include a hotel and large offices.

Meanwhile, the eastern tower has already sold 90% of its apartments, according to the managing company.

This building, which stands at a height of over 110 meters, is the only one of its kind in Southeastern Europe.

The 26 floors consist of 95 luxurious apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, with penthouse apartments on the top two floors, featuring five bedrooms and panoramic 360-degree views.

The delivery of the apartments to their first owners began last September. As stated in a statement by Ayia Napa Marina, the eastern tower is now considered “one of the most sought-after and popular residential spaces on the island.”

The apartment owners are primarily foreign nationals, although sales have also been made to Cypriots. Prices for the hi-tech apartments start at €895,000 and go up to €9 million.

According to the company, residents have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of exclusive services within the tower’s facilities. On the third floor, there is an infinity pool and an outdoor bar with views of the Mediterranean.

The building also features a state-of-the-art gym and a 400 sqm spa.

The intention of Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris is to proceed with a second development in an area adjacent to the marina, which will include hotels, residential units, and a conference center, with a cost exceeding €100 million. However, the development, according to information, will depend on the provisions of the Ayia Napa – Paralimni – Deryneia Local Plan, expected to be published in the first quarter of 2024.
