An explosion disrupted the area of Agia Fyla in the early hours, prompting police mobilization in Limassol.
The target of the new bombing attack was the residence of a 66-year-old retiree.
According to the Police, around 03:15 in the early morning, an explosion occurred at the main entrance of the home owned by a 66-year-old woman in Agia Fyla.
Police officers were called to the scene, where it was determined that the explosion was caused by a makeshift explosive device with low power, placed on the floor in front of the main door of the residence.
The blast caused damage to the door.
The scene remains cordoned off, and with the first light of day, new on-site investigations and examinations will be conducted.
