During a campaign carried out last Monday by members of the Warrants Execution Unit of the Nicosia Police Department, a total of 177 fine warrants were executed, from which a monetary amount exceeding €95,400 was collected.
According to the Police, from the beginning of the year until now, 18,791 fine warrants have been executed by the Police nationwide, from which a total monetary amount of €3,293,685 has been collected.
The executed warrants pertain to various categories of debts, including traffic and criminal offences, debts to social insurance and municipalities, as well as alimonies and private criminal cases.
