A 30 year old man has been hospitalised after being injured in a head on collision in Peyia on Thursday evening.
Police said that a car driven by a 52 year old foreign national had entered the wrong lane of traffic and collided with a car driven by the 30 year old Greek Cypriot coming in the opposite direction.
Th 30 year old was taken to Paphos Hospital with broken ribs. He was later admitted to a private clinic for treatment.
The 52 year tested negative for alcohol.
