The right lane of the traffic on the section of the Paphos-Limassol motorway, near the Ypsonas area, heading towards Limassol, is closed due to a traffic collision that occurred around 3:15 pm on Wednesday, between a truck and a saloon car.
Police officers are at the scene to provide assistance and regulate traffic.
The police advise drivers passing through to exercise particular caution. They are urged to drive their vehicles safely at a reduced speed and maintain a safe distance from preceding vehicles.
The driver of the saloon car was taken by ambulance crew and transported to Limassol General Hospital for medical examinations to determine if they have sustained any injuries.
