Former President of the Republic, George Vassiliou, has been admitted to Nicosia General Hospital due to health concerns.
According to Phileleftheros, Vassiliou sought medical attention on Thursday night, leading to his admission to the hospital.
It has been decided that he will undergo treatment and observation in a medical ward.
At 92 years old, Vassiliou served as President of the Republic of Cyprus from 1988 to 1993.
