Relevant News

Cyprus Airways said on Monday that further to the additional measures announced yesterday by the Cypriot government to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country, it was suspending its flights’ schedule until the end of April 2020.

More specifically, the airline will cancel all flights from Tuesday, March 17 until April 30, inclusive. All affected passengers will be informed about their canceled flights via email and will be offered a 100% refund or the option to change to one of the flights that will commence from May 1, 2020 at no extra cost.

Customers who booked their tickets directly with Cyprus Airways, should contact the company’s Call Centre for any ticket changes at 8000 8111 (National toll-free) or at +357 24000053 (international calls).  Customers who booked their tickets through their Travel Agency should contact their Agency for such changes.

Cyprus Airways is monitoring the situation closely and following the instructions of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) on this important issue.
