Resolute Asset Management, a leading global asset manager and advisor on real estate and real estate-backed loans, announces the completion of the acquisition of Antonis Loizou & Associates and the launch of the new company REInvest (www.reinvest.com.cy).
The new company focuses on the sale and management of properties and projects in the Cypriot market, as well as in other European markets where the Group operates.
REInvest’s conception started in 2018 when Resolute Asset Management acquired the majority share of Antonis Loizou & Associates.
This move was the result of the realization that the local industry was in need for state-of-the-art services in the field of asset monetization, property, and project management, servicing both institutional and retail clients. REInvest is the product of this acquisition.
It is worth mentioning that Antonis Loizou & Associates made its mark in the local real estate market, servicing for decades retail clients, corporate and institutional investors, offering an array of services, focusing on the general field of sales and property valuations.
