New 17-storey tower planned in Limassol

Company NIKHI GIOVANI has submitted a proposal to build a 17-storey tower in Ayios Tychonas, Limassol.

According to the Environment Department, the proposed building, named “Tower 66,” will have 96 flats and will be 81 metres tall.

It will also include facilities for gyms, a wellness centre, changing rooms, storage spaces, a bar, a restaurant, an underground parking lot with 125 parking spots and three shared spaces with greenery and plants.

The suggested time frame for the construction of the tower is 24 months.
