Large tracts of land, including prime coastal property is on sale by the Real Estate Management Unit of the Bank of Cyprus (REMU) which acquired it as part of debt to property swaps.
A survey by Phileleftheros showed that the most expensive is a coastal plot in Pyla on sale for €19.25 million while a country estate outside Nicosia is for sale for €18m.
Moreover, 126 plots of land and a rural plot at Pissouri is on sale at €17.85 m while real estate on the sea at Mazotos is on sale for €16.03 m. In Polis Chrysochous, real estate is on sale for €13.25 m while land in Engomi is selling for €11.5 m. Three fields in Dromolaxia-Meneou are looking for a buyer who can pay €10.21 m.
Another large tract of land in Lakatamia is available for €9.06 m and a second for €8.48 m. In Sotira, in the Famagusta district, land is selling for €5.5 m.
Land in Monagrouli -Pentakomo is on sale for €4.92 m and two plots in the tourist area of Pervolia for €4.68 m. And six plots in Latsia are selling for €4.5 m..
Land in Pareklissia Limssol is available for €3.48 m and another in the tourist area of Pissouri for €2.7 m..
