Hellenic Bank said on Wednesday that it had received received clearance from the Commission for the Protection of Competition to acquire certain assets and liabilities of the Co-operative Central Bank.
In announcement on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, Hellenic said that it had been informed by the CPC that the deal was compatible with the functioning of competition in the market.
