Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) has made a significant contribution to the growth of the national economy and business, forging a leading role in representing the employers and enterprise world and mandated to provide substantial support, adding value to members outcome and practically contributing to the country’s growth and prosperity.
Known as OEV, one of the central pillars of the country’s business community goes back 62 years, the same age as the Republic.
It was established in 1960 by 19 innovative entrepreneurs who joined forces as employers in achieving the greatest possible balance in negotiations between employers and union, as well as becoming a network that will actively and resolutely contribute to improving national financial conditions.
