Now, imagine an elderly man in the village behind the curtain trying to make sense of a lengthy ballot paper for each election.

And imagine the queue that will form outside polling stations as people wait to vote.

The fact that we are decades behind on this issue is glaringly obvious.

On one hand, they want the young people to go out and vote, and on the other, if they do go, they will be inconvenienced trying to find the right choices on the extensive ballot paper.
