This week, Edem’s Yard’s chef presents his new fasting menu. Fasting does not mean boring! Would you prefer hummus avocado toast with sautĆ© mushrooms or maybe you are into Mediterranean pizza bagel with marinara, sweet corn, olives, vegan cheese, mushrooms and oregano?Ā And what about fluffy vegan pancakes garnished with maple syrup and fresh forest fruits or vegan dark chocolate spread and roasted hazelnuts?

It comes in two tastes: smoked bacon and smoked salmon so both vegetarians and carnivores will leave this place satisfied and happy, although a bit stuffed – the portions are really big and the desserts are irresistible.
