Paphos police are probing the attempted murder of a 28 year tourist who is in critical condition at Nicosia Hospital.
The Cyprus News Agency said the tourist was found unconscious with injuries to the face on Coral Bay road at 1.30 am on Wednesday.
The 28 year old was taken to the accident and emergency department of Paphos Hospital where because of the critical nature of his injuries, doctors decided to send him to Nicosia Hospital
Police investigations continue.
