The Health Ministry has clarified that during the first stage of the easing of the lockdown from May 4 to 21, members of the public will be allowed three ‘movements by exception’ a day through the 8998 text message service.
It said that movement from one district to the other is prohibited except in order to visit a person who is vulnerable and/or cannot care for themselves.
The exception also applies for swimming.
Such movements should be within a reasonable time and members of the public should be home by 10 pm the latest when the curfew comes into force.
