A yellow warning for heavy rain is in effect till 4pm in the afternoon.
Winds will be light to moderate, north-easterly to south-easterly, force 3 to 4 Beaufort over slight seas.
The temperature is expected to rise to 19 C inland and in coastal areas and around 10 C in the mountains.
The fire hazard is high in all forest areas.
