Two thousand chloroquine tablets and 4,000 pieces of protective gear were handed over to the Turkish Cypriot side on Thursday.
A written statement by the deputy Government Spokesman Panagiotis Sentonas says that following the phone conversation President Anastasiades had recently with the Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci, today the medical equipment and the pills were handed over to the Turkish Cypriot side via the bi-communal technical committee on health.
